Spanish Delight at Dali Restaurante y Bar de Tapas

In a quiet nook at Eugenio Lopez St. in Quezon City, a quaint restaurant called Dali will treat you to a serene and private lunch with friends or perhaps business partners. They offer Spanish dishes in buffet or Ala carte menu at a reasonable price.

Croquetas P80
– Different flavors available: Ham, Chicken and Tuna

Pollo Con Perejil y Pimenton P235
-Parsley & Paprika crushed chicken oven-baked & served with honey-glazed roasted vegetables served with rice, sofrito & a black bean sauce (photo below)

This is something I can feed my daughter without worrying she’s eating too much oily and fatty food. The sauce is healthy and tastes great. The vegetables were crisp just the way I want it to be and most of all, it’s oven-baked!

The black beans were surprisingly good! I know it looks scary on the photo but I swear, it’s not. Try it!

Pescado Con Salsa Verde P230
– Battered cream dory served with a green sauce with capers, olive & anchovies. Served with a side of white rice & roasted vegetables.

I’m not a pesto person so this was my least favorite dish. But I bet many of you will disagree, I know.

Paella Valenciana P240 (bigger platter is P720)
– Saffron infused long-grain rice with clams, mussels, shrimp, chicken, pork, chorizo. Served with aioli.

My favorite is the Paella Valenciana. The seafood were fresh, the flavors were properly infused and went well together. I was at first hesitant to try it since I’m not a Saffron fan but I’m glad I tried it.

If I have to return to Dali I will order Paella and try their other Chicken dishes. Dali Spanish Restaurant also serves churros and chocolate dip. I didn’t get the chance to take photos but it was okay. I tasted better churros but it’s better than nothing. Spanish restaurants are one of my top pick when eating out because it’s something I don’t cook at home and it’s something I want my daughter to try since the flavors and spices are familiar and not too strong.

Call Dali Restaurante y Bar de Tapas for your next business meetings, events, and special occasions at 928-0971. They’re located at 40 Eugenio Lopez St., Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City.

  1. There were 5 of us who ate there today at about P700 per head. The Paella Vallenciana was nothing as pictured. No taste of saffron or olive oil…it was not cooked in a paelliera as shown…it was cooked in a rice cooker and assembled in a square stainless pan. The fish baked in salt was also really bad. They wanted to charge us for extra bread for our tapas. I guess this restaurant only treats reviewers well. I called for the owner/chef or manager to complain of service…none. I will not eat here again.

      Hi Joe,

Sadly we can't control restaurants when they only serve the best when they know customers are writing about them. 🙁 I do hope they hear about this. I'll try to send them this post again so they'd know.
      Thank you for your comment.
