Most WAHMs follow declared national regular holidays and special holidays but for most of us, we do not get paid during holidays. Except if it was stipulated in the contract. This is helpful for employers and employees in the Philippines. As much as I want to have the same benefits, I cannot put it in contract as it’s unfair for most of my clients. Unfair because the Philippines gets more regular and special holidays in a year than AU and US where most of my clients are from.
