Hey everyone!

I woke up early today to compose myself and brace for days without a yaya (nanny). I haven’t told my boss yet and I don’t intend to as long as I can because I don’t want to cause worry (if he does) and of course I won’t be slacking on my work as well.

Keep me company as I plunge on my day.

And for that let me leave you with a nice line from Eleanor Roosevelt,

A woman is like a teabag. You never know how strong she is until she gets into hot water.

Update:  Today at 5:05PM

Well, so far so good. It did help that work didn’t demand so much of my time and I can always work later tonight. Let’s see what happens tomorrow though.

Tonight, I’m preparing Filipino style Beef Steak (Bistek Tagalog/ Beef Steak Tagalog) and sweet ripe mango to go with it. 🙂

Earlier today, I’ve actually managed to squeeze in study time with Peaches. I hope I will be able to keep it up for the next days (which also inspired me to write a nice topic about what 3 year olds should learn). Another good news (which I don’t want to jump up and down yet) is that, there was a nanny applicant! We agreed to meet on Saturday for her final interview. I hope this is a good one.

That’s it for now.
