August is Filipino month and I just received a note from Peaches’ school that they will be wearing Filipino costumes every Wednesday and Friday for the whole month of August. To participate and integrate her school activities at home I plan to let her try different Filipino native delicacies, increase Peaches’ Filipino vocabulary, impose PO and OPO and perhaps teach her a Filipino folk song since my babe loves to sing and dance!
On the first week of August, Peaches and I will have a week’s stay with my Dad’s side of the family in Marbel (Koronadal), South Cotabato so I am guessing, Peaches will have several exposure on Visayan languages and would not miss a lot in school 😀
