A little over a month and our 2nd princess, DJ, will pop out. I know it seems like I’m a bit late in finding AND preparing for my delivery in terms of finding the right hospital to give birth. But as they say, better late than never.

Our two top choices are The Medical City and Cardinal Santos Medical Center because we live in the area. These are my comparison and I hope it’ll help fellow preggy Moms out there.

The Medical City

Inclusions: 

5 days stay in baby friendly ward {10 patients in a ward}

PF of OB

PF of Pedia

PF of Anesthesiologist

Almost all expenses for Mommy and Baby including New Born Screening {there will be additional fees when your doctors administer or request for medications that are not part of the package}

Philhealth will be automatically deducted to total hospital bill granting you submitted proper and complete documents

Admission deposit: Php 20,000

 

Cardinal Santos Medical Center

CS Package: Php 38,500

Inclusions:

3D2N stay in a small private room

Almost all expenses for Mommy and Baby including New Born Screening

PF of the  physicians are not included

PhilHealth will be deducted on the total hospital bill

Admission deposit: Php 10,000 – 15,000

The other hospitals I researched are too expensive but for the sake of science, I’ll mention them here:

St. Luke’s Medical Center- Global City: CS Save Package Php100,000 – Php 110,000 {bills should be fully paid prior to operation, Philhealth not automatically deducted, you will need to claim it from the PhilHealth office}
