I bought an ENSURE Vanila for my food supplement. I followed the instructions on how to prepare a 190 ml of cold water in a glass.
However, I was puzzled by the instruction saying 6 level scoop. Can you tell me please what exactly does it mean 6 level scoops.? Does it mean that I will apply 6 scoops ( 1 level= 1 full scoop?) Am I correct?

Yes 6 level scoops = 6 full scoops. If you bought a big can of Ensure, it comes with it's own scoop.
I bet the "level" means that the scoop isn't too full like there's a mound of milk on top of the scoop but you take off the excess powder milk right were the tip of the scoop.

Please allow me to share my experience. I enjoy Ensure Vannila and recently swtiched to Ensure Chocolate. I throughly enjoy the drink. The way I prepare is use one table spoon of Ensure to a glass of boiled milk and drink it hot. My one glass is one Neslte Reg Mug. Hope you get the measurement.
I drink twice a day with the same preparation. This is good enough is what I feel.

Am I going to get the same affects if I am not using the powder, or is best for me to use the powder to mix myself. I by the already mixed drink.

The only problem I see with using the powder is not using enough \”scoops\”. Unless you use the proper water mL required and the number of scoops. 🙂
Other than that, powder or mixed drink should be fine.
