Last night I was so furious with KFC! We decided to order our dinner from them. My call was placed at 7:15PM as stated by the person who took my order our time was synchronized so I am sure it was 7:15PM. At the end of every order they would recap it and tell you to expect the delivery WITHIN 30-45mins. So yeah ok.

After an hour….NO KFC yet!

With my hungry stomach and hypothalamus,
I called them and demanded for a reason.
The guy told me the rider was held up because
the orders piled up and that he will be
by my house SOON.
Ok. I’m diplomatic. As he said so…so be it.

After 10mins. I got a call from the rider and told me
he was on his way. I asked him where he was coming from
and I was shocked he answered: UERM!

(because our order
was placed at KFC WELCOME ROTONDA
we are located less than 500meters away from them)
Why would WELCOME ROTONDA branch deliver as FAR as UERM?
I believe there’s a branch near there!!!!

I called that branch again and told them it
was so wrong. And that I wasn’t waiting for any
freebie or what! I was so darn hungry and it has been 1hr 30mins now.
I told the branch how can they assure me that the rider will
be at my place less than 10mins ehhhh he’s coming from
UERM!!! And I told them I wouldn’t be as mad as
I am if this happened once or twice.
This has been happening ALMOST everytime
we choose to order from them! I told the guy, WHY WOULD
YOU PRIORITIZE UERM IF I AM JUST 500m AWAY
FROM YOUR STORE?
As the person on th other line was explaining
(or trying to) I put down the phone. I was so frustrated!
I was hungry, irritated and my post partum hormones are raging!

And so after 15mins the rider arrived. I didn’t bother wasting
my saliva on the rider.I’m too hungry for that!

The food I ordered for
T should have coleslaw as the side dish but they
gave mashed potato. Darn!!! So inconvenient and incompetent!
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM KFC EVER AGAIN!!!!
