>Why is verizon taking so long?

My parents switched their internet provider to Verizon and it has been almost 3 weeks now and they’re still waiting for the installation. What’s keeping Verizon? Is this normal?
I’m getting impatient and worried too. I bet my parents didn’t know it would take this long.

    >it shouldnt take that long at all. in fact it should be a couple of days for changeover.ild tell your parents to give them a deadline or they will cancel and go elsewhere.i bet they come fast then!
